We are seeking a highly technical Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer to lead vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation efforts across modern cloud environments.In this role, you'll work alongside Security, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams to strengthen the organization's security posture by implementing risk-based vulnerability management practices and driving remediation across complex cloud-native ecosystems.Lead vulnerability management activities across AWS, Azure, and CrowdStrike environmentsIdentify, assess, prioritize, and drive remediation of vulnerabilities impacting:Cloud infrastructureContainersKubernetes environmentsAPIsCloud-native servicesPartner with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Application Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to integrate vulnerability management into DevSecOps workflowsAnalyze security findings using cloud security and vulnerability management platforms to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk and business impactProvide technical guidance on cloud security controls, secure engineering practices, and vulnerability remediation strategiesDevelop and enhance automation for vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, and security operations to improve efficiency and scalabilityHelp establish security best practices across cloud platforms while supporting continuous improvement initiativesStrong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure securityDeep understanding of Vulnerability Management, Threat Exposure Management, and Risk PrioritizationExperience securing containers, Kubernetes, APIs, and cloud-native technologiesBackground working within DevSecOps and CI/CD environmentsExperience with CrowdStrike and cloud security toolingStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teamsWork on cutting-edge cloud security initiativesInfluence enterprise-wide security strategyCollaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and engineering leadersOpportunity to drive meaningful risk reduction through modern security practicesInterested candidates are encouraged to apply today!Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
